We don’t need the PS4 Pro or the Xbox Scorpio

ps4-proThe PS4 and the Xbox One are both wonderful machines, never before have we ever been able to feel so immersed in our games as much as we are now because of these two consoles. They are both without doubt technological masterpieces in gaming and there is no reason for anybody to disagree with that statement. What more could we ask for out of these two machines? Well how about some games? Honestly, it feels to me like the PS4 and the Xbox One are capable of such great things but have very little to show for it in the way of games…and it sucks! What sucks even more is that they already have newer consoles coming out soon to “replace” them. Read on

Three of which stood out as a lot of sites game of the year, Mario Kart 8 proved to be possibly the most fun we have had in any Mario Kart game in history, Bayonetta 2 has a strong claim to be the best action game of all time and Super Smash Bros added lots of new features including 8 player smash that will have us smashing for years to come! Let’s not forget about Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze which released in February 2014 that stands out as a fresh and fun filled platformer that packs a mean challenge. The reason for this is purely because we do not know anything about it yet, I would like to believe that it has not been cancelled as I feel it could have a lot of potential. A Wii U exclusive game that could potentially rival the likes of Final Fantasy XV in terms of sheer scope and fantastic role playing. If you played Xenoblade Chronicles on the Wii then you will expect to see a huge world with many different areas to explore. Although 2014 is not yet over and there are still a few gaming gems for all of us to get our teeth into before the year is out, 2014 has not had such a bad year in terms of quality games. #OperationPlatinum – Progress so far

wii u news,what's newBayonetta 2 is technically a second party game since Nintendo are publishing it, but the developers Platinum Games are still a third party developer so the success of the game will show that Nintendo gamers DO buy mature third party games. They buy third party games that are fun to play and are brimming with quality, not games that are ported over and missing half the games features and sometimes drop to around 20 frames per second. #OperationPlatinum is not just a good way to shove Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot’s words back in his face, it is a way to get Bayonetta 2 the recognition it deserves and gives Nintendo a platform in which to build with relationships with third party developers/publishers in the future.
